THE PRINCE OF ASTURIAS AWARDS ARE TO BE PRESENTED TODAY AT THE CAMPOAMOR THEATRE IN OVIEDO Numerous prominent figures are to attend at half past six this afternoon the Awards Ceremony that will be presided over by H.R.H. the Prince of Asturias. The Campoamor Theatre in Oviedo is preparing to receive the prominent figures and organizations that will be presented with the 2003 Prince of Asturias Awards at half past six this afternoon. Once again, this year H.R.H. the Prince of Asturias will be at the presidential table and H.M.   News SUSAN SONTAG: "I WISH THERE WASN´T A DOMINANT COUNTRY. NOT EVEN MY OWN" The 2003 Prince of Asturias Award for Letters gave an overview of her vision of the world today and urged for Europe to unite in the face of "American imperialism". H.R.H.
