JANE GOODALL PRESS CONFERENCE THIS AFTERNOON IN OVIEDO AND AVILES The British ethologist, who arrived yesterday afternoon in Oviedo, will hold a meeting with the press this afternoon from 5 o’clock onwards at the Prince of Asturias Foundation’s Press Office at the Reconquista Hotel. Goodall will then move on to Aviles, where she will give a conference to young students in the Municipal Cultural Centre. The conference to be given by the 2003 Prince of Asturias Award winner for Technical and Scientific Research will target young students, as expressly requested by Jane Goodall.   News GUTIÉRREZ MERINO AND JÜRGEN HABERMAS TO GIVE A CONFERENCE IN OVIEDO The father of the Theology of Liberation arrived yesterday in the municipality, where he will collect the 2003 Prince of Asturias Award for Communication and Humanities. FATEMA MERNISSI AND RYSZARD KAPUSCINSKI MEET THE MEDIA The winners of the 2003 Prince of Asturias Awards for Letters and for Communication and Humanities will be given their awards by H.R.H. Prince Philip of Spain on Friday 24th.
