INFORMED CONSENT CLAUSE

In compliance with Article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and Article 14 of Royal Decree 1.720/2.007 by which the development regulation of the LOPD (Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data) was passed:

All of the personal data provided in this registration form will be subjected to automated processing in the VIRTUAL PRESS INDEX, with the purpose of managing all of the media professionals that wish to obtain information on the activities carried out by the Prince of Asturias Foundation. Your data will not be transferred to third parties unless we have previously received your consent. All of the spaces marked with an asterisk must be filled in otherwise your request to join this service will not be processed. The PRINCE OF ASTURIAS FOUNDATION, located at Calle General Yagüe, 2 – 1º, 33004 – Oviedo, is responsible for the Index.

Those interested may revoke their consent as well as exercise their rights of objection, access, rectification and cancellation before the aforementioned responsible party at the address indicated. To do so, they may contact the Foundation by post and include a photocopy of their ID card or via a digitally signed email, so as to prove their identity, to prensa@fpa.es
